One of the best parts of organizing DAFF is receiving the film entries! It is always a treat to watch the amazing films that arrive each year and it is a hard job to shortlist them. As we are a non-profit and rely on volunteers, we would appreciate it if you could read the submission rules and guidelines carefully before submitting your film. We don’t charge an entry fee, as we know many student animators and film makers have limited funds, so by adhering to the submission rules, you are helping us to make the shortlisting process easier.
We understand that people are anxious to find out whether their film has been accepted and as quickly as possible. The festival shortlisting and judging panels are giving their services voluntarily. We will contact every successful applicant and publish the shortlisted films for screening as soon as possible.
